This is a Holley 4780 800 CFM Carb. It  has the NO choke. Butterflies work great. The baseplate has 172 and 173  numbers on the butterflies, it has also been welded, see the last picture.Metering block #'s 47801 on both  It probably needs a kit and a good cleaning
